This drink was named after the time most cocktail lounges open. It was inspired by the newly released bailey's and already popular Kahlua. This drink belongs to the cookies and Cakes era, although it was likely created by Kahlua. There is no strong evidence supporting this, it is undetermined. Here is an early printing of this drink:
