Inventory Specialist

​

• Will be responsible for monitoring current listing and tracking inventory

• Will look for new products that might be advantageous to dropship

• Report any loss, damage, gain, or incident during daily briefs

• Must have working knowledge of internet ecommerce and strong typing skills

• Business ethics and practices a must, all applicants are subject to state, local, national, and international background checks

Virtual Assistant

​

• Will help organize daily emails, sales, events, reminders, and daily task.  

• Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets

• Maintain a calendar and set up meetings

• Take transcription and handle correspondence

• Make travel arrangements

• Handle billing and accounting

• Prepare and send out e-mail newsletters

• Prepare, collate and ship proposals and meeting materials

• Send out requested information to customers

• Handle client inquiries by phone or e-mail

Staffing Specialist

​

• Will be responsible for staffing legi.tk with quality and trustworthy employees.  

• Your duties include finding Virtual Assistants, Inventory Specialist, or any position you deem necessary. 

• Responsible for assisting Legi.tk managerial duties
